19th Century House located on the beautiful hills on the outskirts of Florence, only 15 minutes drive from the city centre and 10-15 minutes walk from the closest bus stop. Ideal for someone traveling around Tuscany with his/her own car, this house is provided with restored kitchen and bedroomsfurnished with traditional pieces; surrounded by our family wineyard and olive tree orchard, we want to deliver our idea of hosting and hospitality through attention to details, by making you feel at home.

Casetta Melograno - Cozy farmhouse in Chianti

This house is part of an old building recently refurbished and in the past was a convent which used to be a part of the castle estate located in front of us. The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. it's recomended to have a car to reach the accomodation and to move.

Frappo al Carmine è un piccolo e accogliente appartamento (posto al piano terra, e pertanto non ci sono scalini da fare) finemente ristrutturato situato nel centro storico di Firenze, nel caratteristico quartiere di San Frediano. L'appartamento si affaccia direttamente in Piazza del Carmine, nel cuore dell'Oltrarno fiorentino, a pochi passi dai più importanti monumenti della città. La casa dispone di un soggiorno con divano letto, cucina, camera matrimoniale e bagno finestrato. Tv e wifi.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.
