A mile away, you'll find Deep Eddy Pool (spring fed and open year round), Lion's Municipal Golf Course (18 holes in the heart of Austin), and Lake Austin's waterfront dining. There is access to public transportation (bus) within walking distance (less than a mile). The walk is doable but not incredibly pedestrian friendly. Please note that Via Libre is an upstairs apartment without elevator access. Via Libre requires a 2 night minimum on weekends. We are happy to work with you to accommodate special requests. The SoCo Cottage Collection 2 is a quiet Cottage just off South Congress. It has a bedroom with a Queen Bed and a futon couch in the living area. The space has a kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi & full bathroom. This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a completely separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities. There is not a reserved parking spot for this unit, however street parking is usually readily available. See you soon!
