L'appartamento è al secondo piano di un palazzetto ed è composto da un ingresso, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, una cucina full optional, un bagno con doccia, un salone con divano letto. La terrazza, in condivisione, ha la vista sul mare da cui vedere l'alba o il tramonto, fare colazione o cenare lontano dal caos.
