A charming Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

La Petite Cour

Appartement élégant et accueillant, caractérisé par un parquet en chêne, des fenêtres d’origine et des espaces soignés dans les moindres détails, idéal pour des séjours confortables au cœur de la ville. L’espace de vie s’ouvre sur une pièce lumineuse avec une cuisine entièrement équipée (four, réfrigérateur, plaque à induction, bouilloire et machine à café Donatello), une table à manger pour quatre personnes, TV et un canapé deux places confortable. Les deux grandes fenêtres donnant sur la Via del Saracino garantissent une luminosité naturelle tout au long de la journée. Au niveau principal se trouve une chambre double avec salle de bain en suite (bidet et cabine de douche) et un accès direct à une cour privée équipée de parasol, table et poufs : un espace réservé idéal pour se détendre pendant les mois les plus chauds. À l’étage supérieur se trouvent deux chambres doubles, toutes deux équipées de lit double, armoire, TV et coffre-fort. L’une d’elles dispose également d’un espace bureau et d’une terrasse privée donnant sur la cour intérieure, avec une vue agréable sur les jardins et la chapelle de la Basilique. Un deuxième salle de bain, moderne et fonctionnelle, complète l’étage, avec une grande cabine de douche en verre, lave-linge, sèche-linge, fer à repasser et étendoir pliable. Une solution idéale pour les familles ou groupes à la recherche de confort, d’intimité et d’un emplacement central.

Villa Leopoldina in the heart of Tuscany

At the ground floor, the kitchen has direct access to the garden, making it especially pleasant and convenient to enjoy meals such as breakfast or dinner at the outdoor table. On the first floor, there is a spacious dining room that can comfortably accommodate all guests for lunches, dinners, and convivial moments. The living room offers a stunning view over the valley and the town of Arezzo. The two apartments are connected by an external staircase located under a loggia (covered terrace), which keeps it fully protected from the rain and pleasant to use in any weather condition. This is a typical feature of Tuscan architecture, adding charm to the villa while ensuring privacy and a convenient connection between the spaces. Each room has been individually decorated with a personal touch, incorporating traditional Tuscan materials and fabrics. The furnishings represent a refined balance between antique pieces and modern comforts. Four of the six double bedrooms feature king-size beds. The villa is also equipped with a range of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and air conditioning on both floors. The house is sustainable thanks to a geothermal system that significantly reduces energy consumption. It also features a private garden with a swimming pool and solarium, ensuring complete privacy for our guests.

Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni).
