This comfortable and secluded property sits within North Cornwall, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to the historic village & harbour of Port Isaac, home to the popular TV series 'Doc Martin' and Sea Shanty singers 'The 'Fisherman Friend's'. The area offers beautiful coastal walks, sheltered National Trust coves, a wide choice of places to eat from cosy Inns to Mitchelin restaurants.

Off grid Shepherds hut with amazing sea views and wood fired hot tub. located on our farm overlooking Port Quin bay, a short walk to the sea, located between Port Isaac and Polzeath. The hut was hand built on our 400 acre, sheep, beef and arable farm. The hut is situated with a great sea view, a 5 minute walk from car access across one of our sheep grazing fields. Bring your wellies for the field and flip flops for the beach! We also run a wood fired Sauna cabin at Port Quin if Saunas your thing

Welcome to outside the box PQ. This space is a fully off grid container cabin, built by myself. The cabin faces west and south, with sea views and an abundance of natural light. You have everything you need for some serious relaxation here. Self contained with a 12v fridge, lighting and usb charge points all powered by solar panel. A gas hot water system and hobs for cooking. Set a long way from any buildings you will have total privacy. Located a 10min walk from the coast and Port Quin harbour

Dine in the garden room with meadow views. 5 mins to Port Isaac & 10 mins to Polzeath, Daymer Bay & Rock beaches (ferry to Padstow). Country walks (eg Pentire Point), sandy beaches or watersports (surfing, kayaking, paddleboard). The Spa at The Point offers indoor swimming, sauna & steam room (paddle & tennis courts too) Play golf at St Enodoc's. Trips to Tintagel & the Eden Project.

Pop's Place (The Annexe) is next to Carnawn and sleeps 3. It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to the picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. Charming luxury en-suite Shepherd's Hut with cosy wood burner, in superb secluded farm setting but within 10 minutes drive from the beautiful North Cornish coastal villages of Port Isaac, Polzeath and Rock. The main space has a comfy double bed, kitchen area with fridge & cooking facilities, a breakfast bar and a wood burner. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, shower and wash basin. Outside is a patio area with table & chairs & a fire pit for BBQs & chilling out in the evenings.

It has the added benefit of parking and sea views over the rooftops from the mezzanine bedroom. It is very close to the South West coastal path and so is an ideal base for walking holidays. Stepping Stone is a spacious bungalow featuring light-filled rooms and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. There is off road parking, a private patio and garden. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
