Ha un ampio open space, 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con vista mare e 2 bagni, di cui uno con vasca idromassaggio e un ampio parcheggio riservato e gratuito davanti alla casa. La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

L'edificio , ristrutturato da poco con semplicità e attenzione ai particolari, è uno degli ultimi fabbricati del centro abitato al di fuori del quale si trovano gli oliveti e i campi aperti verso il panorama delle valli dell’appennino Tosco-Emiliano . La zona è molto verde e ricca di sentieri per camminate. Si trova a 20 minuti dalla città murata di Lucca e 30 mn dal mare dalla Versilia, 50mn da Pisa
