Matbutikk, pizza resturant (Allergro) og Sushi (Isumi) resturant i umiddelbar nærhet. Sentrum er omtrent 20 minutters gange fra leiligheten og er verdt en gåtur over fantastiske Tromsøbrua. Enkelt å komme til Sherpatrappa, natursti og besøke fjellområdet. Leiligheten ligger i første etasje og utleier bor i samme bolig i etasjen over.
