"Bybee's Nest 2", a basement apartment of our home, can be your "home-away-from- home" as you experience the majesty and beauty of Bryce Canyon National Park and other nearby wonders. It's located at the base of Bryce Canyon in the small town of Tropic, Utah just off Scenic Byway 12. The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

The Canyons are calling! Come and enjoy the grandeur of Bryce Canyon Country. Bryce Canyon Homestead was built in 2023 with you in mind. This 2500 Sq Ft home sleeps eight. It features a modern kitchen, family room, dining room, loft, three bedrooms (two queens/one king) each with a private bath, sitting area, and Smart TV. The loft area has a queen size sofa sleeper and Smart TV. Walking distance to town park, restaurants, and grocery stores. On-site host resides in basement.

Private entrance and living space including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen and a living room. One king bed and one queen so the space can comfortably sleep 4. Close access to Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Panguitch Lake, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Duck Creek Village, Escalante National Monument and much more.

Kate's Place

Located in Tropic, Utah 3 blocks off of hwy 12 and 8 miles from Bryce Canyon, Utah is Kate's Place. The population is around 600 and is a beautiful area complete with horses, moo cows, sheep and beautiful green fields and golden mountains ready for exploring. I live on the premises (not with you) which is convenient for you if you need anything. Access to two bedrooms, sitting room (with TV- W-fi) and bathroom, NO FULL KITCHEN BUT SNACK AREA WITH SNACKS, COFFEE, TEA, WATER.

About the space: Welcome to our Cozy Cottage in Panguitch, Utah! It is located one block from historic Main Street, very close to restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping. We are a great central location to visit the National Parks; 30 minutes to Bryce Canyon, and 50 minutes to Zion. We provide everything you need to feel right at home, including a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, hotel quality sheets, and memory foam mattresses. Come escape to our Cozy Cottage!

Grandpa's Place at Bryce Canyon

We are located at the base of Bryce Canyon in Tropic, Utah. Our apartment is located at the back of our home. Drive to the back and there will be a night light over the door to the entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very nice with two bedrooms and a private entrance. The first room has a queen bed with TV. The second room has a double bed with the bathroom. We provide internet, Dish TV and coffee. Also included is a microwave and a mini refrigerator.

We are located only 20 mins scenic drive to Bryce Canyon NP, 10 min drive to Kodachrome Basin State Park and right at the door step to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, 1.5 hrs drive to Capitol Reef NP, 1.5 hrs to Zion NP as well as many other great surrounding places to visit!
