A pleasant place for guests who want to unplug, relax, and enjoy a rustic outdoor wilderness experience. Great trails for hiking, bird watching, cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

You can walk down to the Lake or the Country Market while taking in all the fresh mountain air. Outside your cabin enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill and patio furniture. Also included in your stay are use of the heated indoor swimming pool (Pool is Open May 1st – Nov 30th, Dec 20th – Jan 6th Daily Hours: 10am – 8pm) & playground located 4 miles south of the cabin at Pine River Lodge.

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.
