Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom condo featuring stunning views of Lake Memphremagog! Step out onto the private balcony to take in the scenery, or enjoy access to the heated pool, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This first-floor (upper-level) condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a comfortable living space. The open-concept kitchen and dining area flow into a bright, inviting living room, complete with baseboard heating. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO AC in the summer.

The loft upstairs has an open floor plan with a comfortable living space, bathroom and platform bed, where you can view Jay Peak conditions. We now have Starlink high speed internet. There are 8 private acres half woods half open meadow feel free to walk around the property and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature.

Enjoy the beauty of Montgomery, Vermont while staying in a very spacious 1-bedroom apartment that is attached to an 1880s farmhouse with a large backyard, garden and and orchard. The apartment is a 15-20 minute drive to Jay Peak Resort and a 3 minute drive to a grocery store and restaurants. It is walking distance from the Hutchins covered bridge and there is private access to the river. Excellent walking for your dog(s)!
