The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Street parking outside house in quiet road used only by residents (no permit needed). Three comfy large bedrooms, two relaxing reception rooms and a fab kitchen dining room. Downstairs sofa- bed . Modern bathroom power shower and downstairs cloakroom. Space to relax and newly upgraded wifi. Breakfast fresh coffee provided A home from home games books yoga stuff.

Quirky 2 Bed Flat, Roof Garden

Located above one of Tunbridge Wells oldest pubs ‘Beau Nash’, tucked away down a private drive away from the main road. The Beau Nash is a lovely, quirky pub with stunning garden & excellent food. Enjoy the private roof terrace on a summer’s evening with beers and wines on tap 30 seconds away. The flat has its own spiral staircase leading up to a private roof garden & flat entrance. Parking for 1 car only. However, this is down a long drive with no turning space so reversing skills required.

Relax at this peaceful cottage, within the grounds of Hodges Oast - a traditional old Kentish oast house. The property is modern yet has traditional features from when it was a stable. The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. Weald Lodge is a separate annexe in the gardens of Wealdview Farmhouse (TN12 6SP) PLEASE NOTE, despite being in the category of farm, we are not a farm and do not have far machinery. The fields around us have grazing sheep Due to the open beams on the mezzanine level, we don't encourage infants or children

The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

Village green and popular countryside pub a mere 400 metres away, this is an ideal location for a countryside getaway. And with Royal Tunbridge Wells’ shops and restaurants 2.5 miles away, you really will be able to experience the best the area has to offer. Parking available on site.

The Old Engineer, a rural boutique retreat

Our rural boutique accommodation with private entrance and pretty courtyard garden is surrounded by fields. The space is designed with the guests comfort and luxury in mind. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing and peaceful get away. Super king bed (or twin if requested). Located between Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone, close to the Hop Farm and attractions such as Sissinghurst Gardens, Vineyards and many NT properties.

Set in a picturesque village with miles of country walks, this detached Summer House is located just a few minutes walk from the village centre where you will find a local pub, tea rooms and village store. From its position you will enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and access to various walks on your doorstep. There are several National Trust places close by like Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle.

The Hive in Langton Green is an open plan contemporary structure set in peaceful countryside but easily accessible from London and all the London Airports. Beautiful South coast is one hour away. Historic castles, vineyards of Sussex, Royal Tunbridge Wells Spa town is a short drive or even a walk away. The house is in a rural setting with great walks and some excellent pubs along the way.

Garden Lodge

We live on a quiet cul-de-sac. Garden Lodge is at the top of our garden so expect to have to climb some steps (17 made of bricks). It has lovely views of the garden and surrounding area. Garden Lodge is made of reclaimed bricks and has a polish concrete floor. It has a small kitchen area outside the main building. It has a decking with outdoor garden furniture and a fire pit.
