Our family vacation at Cascadas is unforgettable. The beautiful location with the constant sounds of waves, lovely villa with so many great views especially the sunrises seen from every bedroom. Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 4,7 & 10) had lots to do exploring the area on golf cart and short walk to the beach. Armando & Andrea cooked 4 dinners for us and absolutely delicious!! They are lovely people and prepared continental breakfast each morning. The comp massages were amazing. Crystal and Lisa were our therapists and were professional and skilled, enjoyed the outdoor experience with sounds of waves & birds. Definitely recommend La Buena Vita for happy hour, Turtle Cafe is adorable & delicious food. Snorkeling at YalKu lagoon is definitely worth doing. We took the Collectivo and it was safe & cheap when visiting Atkun Chen cenyote. The food is also great across the bridge in Town of Akumal. Great tacos! So much to see and do - would love to return some day!!!

Celebrated 2 birthdays with 6 couples (12 people) and loved our stay. Every couple had their own room and bathroom who co was perfect. All the pictures were accurate but seeing everything in person was even better. The concierge Orlando was great in helping us plan chef meals, transportation and booking excursions. We had massages arranged at the house and 5 meals cooked. Everything was very smooth and they were so accommodating. The beds were comfortable. And house was fully stocked with anything we needed. It’s about 10 mins from main Tulum beach strip and about 40 mins to Tulum airport. Check-in and checkout was easy and they were flexible with us which we so appreciated as everyone arrived and departed at different times. We did have minor issue with neighbors playing loud music early morning a couple of the days, but no reflection on our hosts. They did handle quickly which was great. Would definitely book again!

Very nice place to hang out with family! Away from the hustle of everything else if that's what you're looking for but not too far from beaches or Tulum or Playa Del Carmen

Very clean spacious home. It would be perfect for a large party. Our family of four enjoyed it very much. It’s a great home to relax in. It’s so nice, you might not want to leave. We enjoyed the pool very much.

Realmente una estadía increíble, volvería mil veces! La casa es súper espaciosa e incluso más linda que en las fotos, y todo está limpio y ordenado. Irma, la house manager, siempre estuvo atenta a nuestros mensajes e incluso nos organizó una cena con Pablo, el chef privado, que si bien obviamente el precio no es necesariamente barato, estuvo muy rico y todos los ingredientes fueron de primera calidad. Eramos 5 personas y la casa nos resultó muy cómoda, teniendo cada pareja o persona su habitación y baño personal. Además, había pequeños detalles como los bolsos de compras o playas, o el mat de yoga, que fueron apreciados. La zona en la que se encuentra la casa está en construcción constante, ya que Tulum está creciendo mucho, pero los alrededores de la casa en particular no son ruidosos ni hay problemas, simplemente que al caminar unas cuadras para ir a comer encontrabas calles siendo construidas y mucho polvo. La playa está lejos, así que recomendamos moverse en auto.

Jungle and stars ist ein einzigartiger Platz. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Haben Vorschläge für Ausflüge gemacht. Wir konnten jederzeit zu essen bestellen. Haben uns sicher gefühlt. Es war ruhig, nur Dschungelgeräusche waren zu hören. Auf Sauberkeit wird großen Wert gelegt. Die archeologische Stätte in Coba ist die schönste die wir gesehen haben, umgeben von Natur.

We had a wonderful stay here, everything was beautiful. The sunsets on the rooftop were a highlight. They were very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Just FYI the beds are very hard, but that’s just personal preference. And the construction is very loud but there is no where in Tulum right now that doesn’t have construction noise. Just things to note so you’re not surprised.

Awesome condo. Would definitely recommend.very clean and spacious. 5 minutes to hotel zone beach area by car. Hope to return soon…

Mi estancia, fue increíble desde que llegué nos recibieron cordialmente, el lugar está muy limpio de afuera hacia adentro, las albercas , limpias, camastros , en el departamento , esta super limpio en cuanto entramos , muy bien cuidado, la cama increible todo estaba limpio y olía a limpio todo , descanse muy bien , ya que tengo problemas lumbares esta muy bien ubicado, por fuera no edta pavimentado, pero eso es , algo que ya estaba explicado , nosotros rentamos carro y se nos fue más útil movernos , pero aun así ellos te ofrecen servicio de transporte ala playa , tuve una cena en el restaurante , fue muy linda y la comida estaba rica , sin duda regresare , si piensas quedarte , no lo pienses más, te lo recomiendo apliamemte !! gracias ..

Es un poco difícil el acceso porque había llovido pero la privada y el departamento están genial y en el fraccionamiento hay 2 cenotes 🙌🏼 el Departamento muy limpio y todo nuevo y tenía todo lo necesario

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was gorgeous, very clean, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool was a highlight – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The Wi-Fi was spot on, which was great for both work and leisure. We had a fantastic time at a rooftop party, it was so much fun! But the property also offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere during the week, making it ideal for working or unwinding. As other guests have mentioned, the roads can be a bit bumpy, but that's totally normal for Tulum and part of the experience. It’s not unusual, just something to keep in mind when planning your trip. We’ll definitely be coming back – our experience was truly unforgettable, and we highly recommend it!

Condos were very cute and nicely decorated. The premises had 24 hour security as well as fantastic food at the on community restaurant, a convenient store and nice communal areas/ pools to use. The instructions they gave to find the air bnb were very helpful as Mexico’s roads are hard to navigate and often look like dirt road dead ends. Highly recommend this stay! Perfect for our large group. Hot water is finicky but that is expected in Mexico so cannot fault them for it. Overall great stay thank you!

My boyfriend and I were in Tulum to celebrate our 30th and 35th birthdays and also for the Afterlife and Circoloco festivals. We chose this airbnb because it’s close to Zamna venue but also to the strip, beaches, and all the other places we wanted to go to while we were in town. The property is BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and super helpful making sure we got to the house okay and had all we needed throughout the week we were there. They were kind enough to give us a ton of great recommendations on things to do and places to eat which I really appreciated also. Only wish we could have stayed longer!!! Definitely cant wait to come back and stay with Hector and Danevat again, thank you both for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect, with the main Tulum center and beach just a few minutes away. Consider a scooter if you plan to spend everyday in the main center strip or beach, but we also enjoyed the bike rides. The condo was very clean, and we appreciated all the amenities in the complex. If you're thinking about staying here, you won't be disappointed. We’re already planning our return!

Victor’s place is located in a very quiet community and I slept super well when I was there! The nature around the place is beautiful and the community pool is super close by and always empty when I went. The beach is also a short walk (probably around 1.5 km) but there is a shuttle you can wait for if you don’t want to walk that. Victor was super responsive to my messages when I was there and always got back immediately if I had a question.
