Tumon Bay : locations de vacances

Convenient location for going out to Tumon Bay. The condo had all the amenities you needed, fast wifi, laundry room down the hallway, and safe location. I especially appreciated the ability to rent a car through them as well. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guam!

初めてのグアムでグアムのお家での宿泊を体験したくてベッキーさんのお家に決めました。私たち親子はすぐにベッキーさんが大好きになりました。お家の中は全て可愛らしくて綺麗でした。台所で料理もできました。バナナやココナツの木がたくさんのお庭に囲まれたテラスでのんびりする時間が特に大好きでした。またすぐに今度は娘と共に戻りたいと思います。本当に最高の時間でした。ありがとうございました。

"Perfect Stay - Highly Recommend!" Our experience at this Airbnb was fantastic from start to finish! The location was excellent – close to public transport and local attractions, yet quiet at night. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities we needed (even fast WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen!). The host was super responsive and gave great tips for hidden gems in the area. We especially loved the cozy balcony for morning coffee. Little touches like fresh towels and a welcome snack made it feel like a home away from home. 100% would stay here again and recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers. Don't hesitate to book – you won't regret it!

とても素晴らしい場所で、快適に過ごすことができました。 7歳と9歳の子供を連れて、家族４人で滞在しました、中庭の門を出てすぐに、美しいビーチが広がっています。 子どもたちとビーチでのひと時を満喫しました。遠浅で安全に海水浴を楽しむことができます。 静かでプライベートな空間のビーチでとても素晴らしいのですが、人通りがほとんどないので、その分子どもたちの安全には十分に注意が必要です。 屋外キッチンの上のテラスでは毎朝、 瞑想をしました。 波の音と潮風、目を開くと朝日に照らされた美しい海が広がっていて、とても気持ちがよかったです。 従業員の方も常駐されていて、困りごとがあれば気軽に声をかけることができました。 敷地内はゴミ一つなく清潔に保たれています。 旅行費用を抑えるため、朝はインスタントの味噌汁やパックごはん、そうめんなどを持込、調理をしました。 必要な調理器具は屋外キッチンに揃っていますが、もし足りないものがあれば車で5分ほどのところにDONDONDONKIがあるので、そこで揃えるのがおすすめです。 調理を始める前に一通り見ておくと良いと思います。

I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The location was very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other essentials. The house was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared—everything I needed was there. It was also a very relaxing space where I could truly unwind and feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Guam.

I wish we knew this place - we would’ve went upon arrival on Guam instead of moving from place to place. We’re definitely coming here on our next family trip! The outdoor kitchen and private beach were the best! Thank you for making the last few days of trip memorable 😍

Stayed here three nights and loved it! The location is beautiful, you can walk out of your door and right down to the water. The outdoor shared patio was the perfect place to sit at night, and the views at sunset were incredible. The place itself was super clean and felt very comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again over staying at one of the huge hotels.

Great location in Guam as the beach is right in front of the property. This is the “other” main beach on the calm side of guam and there is little if any crowd. Maybe on the weekend there are a few more folks. Sand is like talc. Cool and fine. The unit itself (we were in the building that is set back) is pretty spotless. You might here some fighting cocks crowing at 6 am but other than that it is quiet down there. Common kitchen for use but ours (101) had a hot plate so we never even had to venture. Would definitely stay there again for the convenience and location alone. The cleanliness of the unit is just an added bonus. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
