The Cow Shed is a pretty timber clad building with character beams which adjoins our house, Brambles Barn. It's self contained, with private entrance and secure parking. There is a bedroom with king size bed, lounge, kitchen and shower room. There is a pretty garden and pond & the property is approx 2.5 miles from Tenterden and 2.5 miles from Biddenden. Walking distance (under 10 mins) from McCanns Brewery & Taproom, with decking area and beautiful views of the surrounding by Hop Gardens.

Cosy Annex with en-suite shower and private patio

A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

A beautiful, two-double-bedroom space, arranged over the top floor of our house & accessed via our front door & stairs. It includes a private bathroom & kitchenette. Ideally located in the heart of Hastings old town, the accommodation is moments from the beach, fishing harbour, excellent independent shops, museums, galleries, eateries, great pubs & glorious walks in areas of outstanding natural beauty. With calm, lovingly designed interiors, this truly is a home from home in which to unwind.

Bed and breakfast in quiet part of Sevenoaks

A twin-bedded room with own entrance, en suite showerroom, fridge, TV. Continental breakfast served in main house and free Wifi. This is a quiet road with free parking, a twenty minute walk from the town centre and the station. Knole Park, Chartwell, Ightham Mote and other National Trust properties, as well as Penshurst Place and Hever Castle are close. Lovely garden cabin, quiet location with view of the park & allotments. Guests have their own private garden, table & chairs & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, 4 ring hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. FREE on street parking. Short walk into town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. The cabin is self checkin accessed at the side of our house, please be aware there are some steps into the garden & also into the cabin garden.

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Time Away - Stunning Apartment in Wrotham Heath

Time Away is a stunning self contained apartment which has been newly refurbished. With it's own entrance leading up the stairs to the apartment & a key box, arrival couldn't be easier. The apartment is located along Seven Mile Lane with easy access to the M20, M26 & M25 motaways linking to London, the coast & Major airports. The property has surrounding woodland with some lovely walks & pubs to choose from. West Malling is the closest town with is vibrant & period high street.

Detached Loft with country Views and garden

Conifers Loft is a relaxing detached country side retreat, with elevated views, and private garden and patio. Great Dixters & Bodiam are a short drive and the ancient town of Rye 15 minutes. A car is recommended. This is a perfect base for nature lovers, with accessible country walks straight from our side gate. Continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation and a private parking space. The traditional local pub (The Rose & Crown) is a 10 min walk.

RÉCEMMENT REDECOREE. L'annexe est un studio d'environ 25m², lumineux et calme, indépendant tout en étant proche de la maison principale. Nous résidons dans cette très belle région qu'est le Sussex, à 10 minutes de la fameuse Forêt d'Ashdown et à seulement 20 minutes de Gatwick. Nous sommes à environ 4 km du centre d'East Grinstead, une charmante petite ville typique du Sussex. Malheureusement pas de transport public près de chez nous.
