This is our third, possibly fourth stay with Kerry. The stay is like home from home, with everything you could want in a beautifully decorated space. Kelly replies extremely quickly and nothing seems too much trouble. She's even managed to reserve the good weather for us each time we come...

Delightful AirBnB; stunning location and views over the sea and the setting sun from the deck with a glass of Guinness Zero just what the Doctor ordered ! Everything was clean, tidy, functioning and comprehensively equipped. Check in straightforward and private parking outside. David and Angela's communication before and after was excellent. It was a quiet week and break for the two of us and our Labrador to simply relax. We went "off season" which suited us well. The morning and evening walks along the beachfront good for the soul. We have no hesitation in recommending this AirBnB and David and Angela. It is ideally located to explore North Devon if you want to go more wider than Woolacombe. Conversely, just enjoy the views from the deck and relax. An evening meal in the Chichester Arms in Mortehoe just up the road - coupled with a log fire - and then back to the AirBnB lounge on the sofa with a decent movie. We would happily book this again - in fact - we are tempted to buy there !

Helen was so helpful! Her place is absolutely spotless. Well equipped for a family! Kitchen is fantastic, everything you need! Great garden area which is private and secure which was perfect for our pooch! This house is exceptionally clean. We will be back - Thank you Helen x

Well presented, maintained and fully appointed comfy home away from home, in the hub of the harbour yet set into a tranquil hidy hole out of the madding crowd (with a cracking little view north to wales affording photogenic sunsets and sunrises - and even a pair of binoculars supplied to view the crabbers, ships and birdlife - framed by French doors onto the balcony). Very proactive host - Would love to visit the Sailors Delight again!

Really nice stay. Ruth was helpful & responded quickly. The house slept 4 of us comfortably and was lovely & warm. It couldn’t have been better for access to the beach where winter dipping in the sea meant we could get back quickly & warm up. Highly recommended & Hele Bay is one of the nicest spots you could hope for.

Sea views and a sea side garden made this a perfect weekend retreat for two. With the help of the extensive digital information the house was easy to find and perfectly presented. Discovering a full cream tea package in the fridge was a wonderful surprise. As someone who likes to cook I was pleased to find a kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils to rustle up a birthday dinner. We enjoyed using the garden seating area to make the most of the sunny spells and watch the world go by. Parking is at an absolute premuim so be prepared to practice your parallel parking, but everything in Appledore is just a short walk away, which means you can forget about your car. The Royal George, 5 minutes away, does delicious food, particularly if you're after a hearty roast.

Thanks you Rachel for a lovely family weekend stay at Sunspan. The property was beautiful with everything we needed for a very enjoyable break. Just a short walk from the beach for the grandchildren and also for meals and drinks at the local restaurants. It was a weekend to remember & I'd thoroughly recommend the property to anyone wanting a quality, peaceful weekend on the North Cornwall coast.

Fantastic location and absolutely stunning views out the back. Place was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, including loads of games and books. Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious and clean and the cottage always felt warm. Shops etc. are a couple of mins walk away and can recommend Beaver and Seageate for drinks, The Yard and Flame Factory for food. Fantastic stay and look forward to returning!

This place is great! The view down over Widemouth Bay is amazing, the pool is brilliant to have, and the bungalow is good. There were sheep in the field that it looked out on to, which was nice. Zoe was really helpful with the advance info etc.

This is our second stay at Atlantic View - and just as wonderful. Beautifully situated, with stunning views. A home from home - the space is very clean and well equipped. The holiday village is quiet, but with new facilities open which are lovely. Heated pool, bar and restuarant within walking distance.

Great house in lovely location. Layout suited us well (2 families with kids and grandparents). Washing facilities proved very useful. Pool rota worked well and there was always a time available that suited us (open 8am-7pm). Host responded quickly. Lacking house guidance but not a problem and host responded to advise. Note access into house could be an issue for less able and push chairs-steep steps to front and lowest step broken away (advised host so this might get fixed). Rear access via steps and narrow sloping and muddy path. Parking to rear -you block in your other car. Parking spaces not spacious but adequate. We loved it thank you Beach Retreats!

We had a fantastic week at Beachside. The house and location were amazing. You’re only 2 mins walk from the beach.The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds made for restful sleep.The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions and the best beach was just next to us.Also amazing view from the house!Highly recommend this beautiful property to others.

Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

Spectacular setting, gorgeous views ever-changing with the weather & the light, clean & well-equipped, very comfortable beds. James was a very responsive host; we appreciated him letting us know when the property was ready earlier than the check in time, and also the essentials such as milk and bread as well as the lovely cake.

Beautifully decorated house with the most incredible views. Every night (apart from 1 as it was raining), we enjoyed the sun setting over the sea. The house was really practical for our family of 3, with a fully functional kitchen, comfortable living area and two very good size bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The house is located no more than a 10 minute walk in to Woolacombe and super close to the beach. Would highly recommend the fish and chip shop in Mortehoe and the Sri Lankan curry from the beach hut on Barricane Beach. Julia was really helpful and great at keeping in touch if we needed anything. Modern house within walking distance of both the village centre and the beach. The house has plenty of downstairs space and a huge deck for relaxing and outdoor dining. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Bay view road bungalow lived up to its photographs. Brilliantly quirky, loved the swing in the lounge, the most amazing view, the conservatory making it perfect for sunny or pouring with rain days. We didn’t need for anything, lovely and warm on the cold rainy day we had, brilliantly hot in the sunshine. We will definitely stay again. We initially struggled to find it as we had come in form a different direction for the directions given, but the post codes/satnav takes you to the road, so then just find the number. Easy parking, a few steep steps down to the bungalow, but there is a hand rail, so not an issue. We loved it and will be back.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment, views were amazing and you will find everything you need in the apartment. A real luxurious feel to the apartment from the moment you walk in. Beds were comfortable and shower was lovely. It felt safe for our 2 year old toddler and there is lots of space which helped when we had a couple of rainy days. There are lots of walking opportunities either by the beach, across the cliff tops or into town. Nearby restaurants were all great too (best pizza at TJs ever!).

Gorgeous apartment in perfect location for the beach and 10 mins to the village with some lovely pubs. Hot tub was blissful. Tess was a great host. Friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend.
