L'appartement se trouve dans un ancien domaine, récemment aménagé à proximité de San Gimignano. Situé au milieu de bois avec des arbres centenarie. Volterra, Sienna, Monteriggioni, et Florence se trouvent à une trentaine de kilomètres. A San Gimignano on trouve des restaurants, supermarchés, vinothèques, et différent magasins artisanaux. Les hôtes du "Fontanelle" ont accès à la piscine chauffée avec terrasse et douches chaude et froide. Le domaine est pourvu d'une espace dédié pour manger dehors qui est équippé d'un barbeque. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale
