Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. It has many amenities including the Little Birch A-Frame playhouse for the kids and an outdoor firepit. The River Birch is just a 20 minute drive to Alpine Valley for snow skiing and summer concerts! It’s an ideal getaway for couples, families, or friends seeking relaxation and nature and dog friendly!

This is a cozy couple's retreat or small family getaway with a fireplace, hot tub, full kitchen, washer/dryer, located 4 minutes from Lake Mary and 15 min to Lake Geneva. Many activities nearby - festivals, hiking, boat rentals, golf, beach, downhill skiing, tubing, and snow shoeing. Eco conscious cabin, including Level 2 electric vehicle charging & more. Come relax at Turtle Beach Marina! Rent a Pontoon or a Kayak. Spend the day at the beach and at the beach bar (Beach bar is open mid May until the last weekend in October). There is a restaurant and gaming room (slots) on the property. Quaint cottage has 2 bedrooms with a full bed in each. Up to 4 people allowed. There is no oven but has a 2 burner electric cook top. A grill is also available. Beach themed cottage is completely remodeled. 💜
