Guests must check-in in person. 4 bedroom ranch home with deck and backyard in a pleasant neighborhood with sidewalks. 3 full bathrooms, one with an oversized jacuzzi tub. Large entertaining areas both on the main floor and the fully finished basement with wet bar, wine cellar and waterfall feature. There’s two fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit. This house is not suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 12. No internet. Easy access to I-43 approximately 25 miles to Green Bay or Kohler.

This home was recently under an extensive makeover and now has newly refinished hardwood floors throughout, new bathroom, completely renovated sunroom to enjoy all the morning glory with your favorite coffee or tea in hand. We began caring for this home and property in 2018, and this 1870's home needed some love. We have been steadily remodeling since we moved in and it's starting to feel pretty great. We're excited to share it and the neighborhood with you. We are two blocks west of North Beach/Deland Park, 4 blocks to the river front boardwalk, home to many restaurants, cafe's, and shops. We are also four quick blocks to downtown which hosts many more restaurants, shops, museums and parks.
