Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the enclosed garden there are views of Bala lake and mountains. Just east and high in the hills above Bala and at one end of our isolated "Long-house" is this cosy self contained cottage. Stunning views from over 1000 ft in the grounds of “Caerau Gardens” Llyn Creini Lake! A full Cinema system, collapse after a long day with the log burner, popcorn and a film! Yr Efail is a converted blacksmiths workshop.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.
