A private flat within a large Victorian house, built 1894 for the Wolverton Works Manager. In walking distance to the station, the train offers stops to CMK and London. Access to the Garden Flat is via the original back lane Trades Entrance. This self-contained flat - once scullery and gardener's rest - now offers a bed-sitting room, separate kitchen-dining, private bathroom, dressing area and laundry room. The flat also provides desk space for work and a patio space which is yours alone.

The Carriage House, Haversham

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.

Cosy 2 bedroom terrace cottage for a relaxing stay within comfortable walking distance of Olney town centre, shops, restaurants and pubs. The house offers the main double bedroom, flexibility in bedroom 2 for a single bed, twin beds or double bed and can also double up for office space for remote workers. A home away from home, with homely facilities, full use of the kitchen, cosy electric fireplace, TV, washing machine and Wifi. Enquire for availability, I do my best to accommodate.

A stylish, self-contained, studio apartment situated in a quiet, leafy, secluded spot right in the centre of Wolverton in Milton Keynes. Restaurants, takeaways, shops, buses and trains (direct to Milton Keynes, Birmingham and London) are all within 5 minutes walk and central Milton Keynes is only 10 minutes drive away. The quaint market town of Stony Stratford is nearby and there are lovely walks by the canal, the river Ouse and the Ouse Valley park which are practically on the doorstop.

We are in the beautiful, bustling market town called Olney which is very lively throughout the day and then very quiet after midnight. Our lovely Grade 2 listed house is 400 years old, with many character features . It is stone built, making it cosy in the Winter and ice cool in the Summer. It has 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 staircases and a peaceful, huge and gorgeous garden at the rear. The house is ideal for families/children/friends/hens/ groups of guys working away.

Adorable 1 bed canal-side self-contained annexe

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Phone box 16 in Olney. A cosy quirky place for two

Located in the pretty market town of Olney, home of the song “Amazing Grace”. Phonebox 16 is a unique and stylish studio. The bedroom is usually a superking size bed but it could be made up as 2 single beds. Please let us know if you would like 2 single beds. Locally there is choice of restaurants, pubs and shops along with open countryside, walks and a country park with sailing, boardwalks, cafe and bird viewing hides overlooking the lakes.

Weston Underwood - self-contained cottage annexe

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.
