Cherry Springs State Park dark skies property. If you star gaze, hunt/fish, hike, ATV, snow mobile, golf, or just want to sit back and enjoy wildlife, this is the perfect home for you! The home sits on 5 acres of private property with wrap-around deck & fire pit to look at those beautiful stars, 1.4 miles from the State Park gazing field. For ATV's or snow mobiles, we have ample parking area & many trails very close to the property! Wood stove heat to keep you toasty warm - we provide the wood!

Pet friendly, air conditioned, comfortable cabin on spectacular wooded property. Private fish pond (catch and release). Miles of trails. Million dollar view. Privacy. Glittering stars! (Dark Sky area.) Hiking, wildlife viewing, birding, X-country skiing. Near Genesee River. Fully furnished kitchen, deck with gas grill, H-Def TV/WiFi, campfire pit (wood provided). Sleeps eight. HUNTERS: 75 wooded acres for deer & turkey hunting, 6 hunter max. Must sign waiver and check boundaries with us.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Our fun hidden gem is just the retreat you need! Only 7 minutes from Downtown Coudersport for all your shopping and dining needs. 20 miles from Cherry Springs Star Gazing. Very close proximity to ATV trails/Pilot Program in season. Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 2 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

The Watson Farm

This peaceful farmette beneath the Dark Skies will capture your heart. You’ll feel right at home with the newly renovated interior. Take your morning coffee out to the new deck and watch nature come to life or push yourself out on the rowboat to clear your head. Challenge your friends to a game of cornhole or if you’re feeling energetic take a hike to the top of the mountain behind the house. As the sun sets grab some firewood and build a roaring bonfire making memories you’ll never forget!

3 BR Black Bear Lodge on Pine Creek w/ Hot Tub

Escape to the tranquility of nature in our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin nestled right on the banks of picturesque Pine Creek. Black Bear Lodge offers a cozy yet expansive haven for up to 10 guests, making it the ideal setting for the whole family. Guests have direct access to Pine Creek. The cabin also has a hot tub with a perfect view of the Creek. Black Bear Lodge is strategically situated- 15 miles to the PA Grand Canyon, 2 miles to downtown Galeton, and 20 miles to Wellsboro.

Our home sits on the edge of the woods where wildlife can be seen in abundance and star gazing can take place while sitting by an open fire.
