It's located in one of the most popular family-friendly sub-divisions in Marysville and close to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Primary suite has a queen size bed with newly renovated tile shower and fixtures. The two smaller rooms have full size beds and updated fixtures as well. The main floor as a half bath. This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. .
