Only 3 miles from SMITH MOUNTAIN! Zip Code 24161. (There's another Sandy Level near NC.) It is well-stocked and waiting for your next get-a-way! Explore acres of yard, woods & creek. Leesville & SML beaches & boat launches are 9-30 miles away. Walk or ride 1/2-mi to the road's end at Leesville Lake. Horses/hikers/bikers are welcome along the 5-mi ridge of Smith Mt minutes away. Relax around a fire enjoying the starry sky or kick back in the comfortable lodge complete with a gas log fireplace.

Safe and Sound (8 minutes from Liberty University)

One bedroom/ terrace apartment. Apartment has a full kitchen and deck area. There is a private parking space (room for two cars) and private entrance. The bedroom has a full bed. There is also a full air mattress for extra guests. The bathroom is off of the bedroom. We are about 6 minutes from Liberty University, 8 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Lynchburg College and 20 minutes from the hospitals. Discounts are given for stays seven or more days. The television is a Roku.

Only 10 minutes from Liberty University and 20 minutes from Downtown Lynchburg! After a day of adventuring, come unwind in our cozy bungalow! With over 800sqft, this newly renovated basement unit is spacious, beautiful, clean and cozy. We are serious about coffee, so we’ve outfitted a great coffee bar. Make yourself a cup using our Nespresso, or go traditional with a Chemex and ground beans. As a courtesy, we provide some light breakfast options - cereal and oatmeal packets.

Black Water Junction Cabin

Our cabin is built out of old wood and doors found on the farm. Because I am such a cold natured person, I installed heated floors and a heated towel bar in addition to the mini-split and electric fireplace! The cabin is surrounded by pastures that are the home to our cows, horses, goats, pot belly pig, and chickens. The highlight of a stay at BWJ Cabin would be to sit on the front porch in a rocking chair, day bed swing or hot tub looking out over the landscape and do nothing.

You get privacy without isolation, outdoors without "roughing" it, and all within an easy drive of Smith Mountain Lake.
