This 2-bedroom "English Basement" is a block from the US Capitol and metro. This basement unit to our home is not what you might envision as a basement. It's mostly above ground with plenty of natural light, and it's walking distance to everything! Just half a block from the Capitol South metro. August 2024 Update: we've replaced the sofa bed with a queen bed (and high-end memory foam mattress!) Electric Porsche and/or Potomac River cruise available for an additional fee. See 'other notes.'

A popular Coffee shop (Wine and Butter) is steps away on Lincoln Park, restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk or prepare meals in the fully equipped modern kitchen and dine in. Guest have access to a washer/dryer. A Guest pass for street parking is available with advance notice.
