Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

Small private patio off the back of the suite and parking in front. There are no shared spaces in the suite. This wee cottage is decorated for those witchy vibes! It has one queen bed, TV, table and kitchenette with micro, fridge, toaster, single burner and sink. All dishes, linens, kitchen supplies and shampoo/soap is provided. Kitchenette for simple meal prep. Full bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Private BBQ, screened tent( high season) WINTER BOOKINGS- snow tires/AWD required; driveway is steep but well maintained year-round. Muted traffic can be noticeable at times. Sorry no dogs, no motorbikes.

Equipped with all the amneties of home for a nice stay , 2 bedroom's included and has lots of room including 2 bathrooms with showers in each. There is Tv's in each unit with a couch to relax. Stove & fridge to cook a nice meal. The Cabot Trail is about an hour away. Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. Great unit for 2 people or 4. There is an adjoining door in the middle that seperates the units.

If you’re joining us in the summer we are only 1.5min from east bay sand bar an amazing beach and 3min from the walking trails:) complete with fire pit and large back deck.
