Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Das Ferienhäuschen, am Dorfweiher gelegen, wurde 2017 liebevoll nach ökol. Gesichtspunkten renoviert. Der große sonnendurchflutete Wohn- Essbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und die große Terrasse laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Die Fränkische Schweiz bietet zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Wanderwege führen z.B. direkt am Haus vorbei.

Bauernhaus im Herzen der Fränkischen Schweiz

Unser altes Bauernhaus haben wir 2016 liebevoll restauriert. Das Raumklima ist angenehm, weil das ganze Haus mit Wandheizung und Lehmputz ausgestattet ist. Es liegt in einem kleinen Ort mit nur wenigen Wohnhäusern und eignet sich besonders für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die Ruhe suchen. Auch Kinder kommen auf ihre Kosten. Telefon, Sat-TV und WLAN sind vorhanden, womit sich unsere Unterkunft auch hervorragend für Home Office mit Familie eignet. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 4 km Entfernung.

Bayerwald Chalet Kaitersberg mit Sauna und Garten

Lange haben wir dran gebaut und gewerkelt, nun ist es fertig: Unser Urlaubs-Chalet mitten im schönsten Bayerwald. Ein Häuschen, in dem wir selber gerne Urlaub machen: Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch, gemütlicher Eckbank und einer vollausgestatteten Küche. Massive Holzbetten vom Schreiner mit erstklassigen Matratzen. Zwei großzügige Badezimmer mit Regenduschen und Sauna für die grauen Tage. Und im Sommer einen großen Garten mit Bergblick, Liegestühlen und Grill ganz für euch allein.
