Upper Prince's Quarter : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

This is truly a great place to stay. The house is beautiful, filled with intriguing antiquities. The rooms are spacious and charming. The terrace is a wonderful place to sit and relax, and a perfect place for having breakfast. Sydney is the perfect host. He has tons of local knowledge, and if he doesn't know the answer then he'll call someone to find out. He prepared a great breakfast every morning. In addition to his professional service manner, he is clearly a genuinely caring person, going out of his way to help you when you need it. We would love to return to this place!

Hibiscus Place is truly wonderful. The antique furnishings, including a bed that Queen Elizabeth II once slept in, add a special touch. The view of St. Marteen is breathtaking. Sydney went above and beyond to make us feel at home, preparing delicious breakfasts, offering fantastic recommendations, and assisting us in exploring the island. We will certainly visit again.

The property is located just an 8 minute walk from Flamands Beach and a quick, easy drive to Gustavia. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook, and all the property photos and listing details are accurate. The parking spot is on a steep slope, so I would advise getting the smallest car to make getting in and out easier. The daily housekeeping service (except Sun) makes the place much cleaner than a typical Airbnb. The property manager, Pierre, arranged our rental car and all of our restaurant bookings. We got prime-spot tables at all the places he booked - I don't know if it was coincidence or his connections but it was much appreciated! He was also very responsive to all communications and pro-actively addressed potential issues before we even asked him to, such as attempting to get construction halted at a neighboring property and arranging for the house to be sprayed when he noticed a lot of mosquitoes. Another advantage is that his company manages multiple properties on the island - because of the construction noise, he offered to move us to another villa so that's where we stayed for the second half of our trip. Mosquitoes seem to be prevalent throughout the island, so it is advisable to use repellant. Overall we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Maureen was a good host. She always check in with us. Soon as we made the booking and needed help locating the place she came out to help us find the location since we were new to the area. Overall I will recommend this place.

A cobertura era muito ampla e confortável… região bem silenciosa e sem movimento e quase sem vizinhança… uma bela vista da natureza e do por do sol, que compensa não se ver o mar. E Andy sabe de tudo e tem quase tudo que a gente precisa em Anguilla, conhece tudo e todos. Enfim, estadia muito agradável, tanto que o casal da frente, disse que tentou alugar novamente, mas já tínhamos alugado.

Un séjour exceptionnel chez Jean-Louis au Nid d’Aigle ! Un cadre magnifique et apaisant face à la mer avec une vue imprenable. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Tant de bonnes ondes partagées avec notre hôte ! La chambre était irréprochable ainsi que tout l’accès aux équipements de la maison. On ne manque de rien et Jean-Louis est toujours à l’écoute et disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. C’est un endroit paisible dans un décor sublime ! Je recommande vraiment ce lieu où riment bonne humeur et douceur de vivre. Les couchers et levers de soleil sur la terrasse juste devant la chambre sont justes extraordinaires ! Des étoiles plein les yeux à vivre un pareil séjour dans ce petit havre de paix ! Mille merci à Jean-Louis pour son accueil et ses attentions ! Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir chez lui à notre prochain séjour…!

We had the best stay in St. Maarten! Josy is truly the best host — she made us feel so welcome and treated us like family. Every morning she made us a delicious breakfast, and she was always so friendly and thoughtful. She also shared amazing local recommendations that made our trip even better! The place itself was beautiful, with a great view and an easy walk to the beach. The service, location, and overall vibe were just perfect. We can’t wait to come back — thank you, Josy!

The most relaxing and beautiful place I have ever stayed. I was worried I would regret not staying on the ocean but the grounds, hospitality and dinner were spectacular in every way. And all of the beaches are a short (mountainous) drive away. Tess and Hugh are wonderful people who have built a very special place. I cannot wait to come back. 10 out of 5 stars.
