New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

I hallen finns även en låst ljudisolerad dörr till resten av lägenheten där jag bor. Totalt 35 kvadratmeter. Sommarro är 15 minuters cykelväg från centrum. Flera busslinjer stannar nära. I närheten finns restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker. Stadsskogen inbjuder till promenader i naturen.

The apartment is 85 sqm (915sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the upper floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Relax in this unique countryside retreat, located next to Steninge Castle, just 15 minutes from Arlanda Airport. The accommodation is situated in the on an idyllic 17th-century farm. On the farm, we grow vegetables and flowers and keep ducks, chickens, and a few beehives. The castle has a beautiful park and a shopping center with a restaurant. Just 1.5 km away, in Steninge Marina, home to a restaurant that is open in the evenings. Bicycles are available for our guests to use. Welcome!

Lägenhet i centrala Öregrund

Ljus och trevlig lägenhet mitt i centrala Öregrund men endast en minuts promenad till hamnen, stadens restaurangstråk och ICA-butiken som håller öppet 8-20 året om (8-22 under sommaren). Lägenheten har sjöglimt och är belägen på bottenvåningen i en flerfamiljsvilla från slutet av 1800-talet. Boendet är fullt utrustat och passar utmärkt för två personer. Bäddsoffa med ytterligare två sovplatser finns. Kajaker och SUP-brädor finns att låna kostnadsfritt under vissa veckor.

Bostaden är ca 70kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 4personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda

Trevlig och rymligt lägenhet i källarplan belägen i attraktiva Luthagen/Uppsala. Ca 5min promenad från Uppsala Domkyrka och Uppsala City. Lägenheten är möblerad och fullt utrustad. All nödvändig service finns i direkt närhet till bostaden. Här bor ni i hjärtat av Uppsala och vår målsättning är att gäster ska känna sig som hemma i ett boende där inget saknas. Det finns gott om parkeringar i området för bilburna gäster, avgift erläggs via app i telefonen.

Genuine, comfy apartment in quaint village- Apt E

A separate apartment in a larger house from the beginning of the 20th century with old-fashioned charm. There are in total four vacation apartments. Strömsberg is a unique village with a heritage of centuries of ironworks. There is small river where you can go of a swim, and there is a summer-open café. This is a quiet place where you can enjoy peaceful surroundings, but don´t expect much tourist services. Sheets and towels can be rented.

Villa Resarö Apartment private house by the sea

Modern and well equipped apartment. The apartment has a small bedroom, a family room with kitchen and sofa, a bathroom, a small wardrobe, separate entrance and patio. In this apartment you can stay 2 persons and a third small one. The apartment is settled 40 meters from the sea with our private jetty where it is beautiful to watch the sunset or go swimming. We have wifi (fiber) good for streaming.

Malmac

Gavlellägenheten ligger väldigt centralt i Sigtuna Stad. Ni har gångavstånd till hela Sigtunas Stadskärna och hela stadens kultur och restauranger. Mariakyrkan ser man från sitt fönster. Ni har ca 100 m till buss både mot Stockholm och Uppsala. Även gångavstånd till bl a Gym och Padelhall. Utanför sin entré har man tillgång till altan och parkering.
