We are a traditional Bed & Breakfast located in Springdale only 3/4 miles to the entrance of Zion National Park. We are situated on 2.5 acres of green lawn & desert landscaping that offer stunning views of the canyon from any one of our many sitting areas. Included in your stay are hearty, homemade breakfast burritos to-go & coffee to fuel your day of hiking & adventure. The house is decorated with art from local artisans, native decor, and charming antiques acquired over 20 years of operation.

Welcome to Burro Flats High Desert Lodge (our home which we love to share with visitors)! The "Independence Room" is a large (about 500 square feet) master bedroom for up to 3. It is an UPSTAIRS room with a view facing east, and attached private bathroom including deep soaker bathtub (plus shower). It also has a large closet, seating area and SUPER comfy queen sized bed. Our multiple guest sets SHARE access to main floor kitchen, pool table (TV and pool table hours 10am-10pm), half bathroom.

A traditional B&B with 4 guest rooms with private baths in a quiet, quaint setting established in 1999. Host are on site to check you in, offer info on places to eat and activities to enjoy. A hot breakfast is served between 7:30 am - 9:00 am. The room has a queen bed, private bathroom, ceiling fan, desk, mini fridge and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Your hosts, Erin and Steve, live on-site. The Launch Pad is a great place to meet people and share adventure highlights. Other rooms available in the house: Horsethief, Palisade, Labyrinth & Westwater.

Bed & Breakfast in the Mountains

I have 2 bedrooms for rent. A Queen size bed in the upstairs bedroom, another bedroom with 4 single beds, two trundle and a shared bathroom. We live here so will greet you when you come! Request a time for breakfast. Kangan water! Keurig Coffee maker. 15 min to Salt Lake City, and 20 minutes to the airport. Beautiful trees that’s cover the deck and create a feeling you’re in a tree house! No pets.
