Our home is situated in a central neighbourhood in the beautiful town of Harrismith, boasting with views of our scenic Platberg over the many treetops. We have two selfcatering units on our property, Protea Plekkie/Place (this listing, 4 guests max) and Protea Hoekie/Corner (seperate listing, 2 guests). Ideal for overnight stop when traveling the N3 or N5, or for a comfortable longer stay when visiting our area for business or leisure. Eastern Freestate charm is found in abundance around here!

This cottage can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, shower, toilet and a basin. Orchard Manor Unit 2, making up one wing of the Manor, is separated into three large rooms of which two are en suite bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a king sized bed and bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has 4 singles and a bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The third room contains an open plan lounge and dining room. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a beautiful outdoor braai area, looking on to Cathkin and Champagne Castle mountain peaks.

The setting is so peaceful and tranquil with wonderful fishing and beautiful views, Such a wonderful place to get away from the rest of the world, relax ,paddle on the dam and do some great fishing.
