Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, + lots more. In the living room theres a comfortable sectional sofa with coffee table, Wifi, smart TV with cable channels. Enjoy the outdoor Palapa with BBQ pit for those special events. Also at the back of the cabin there’s an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to enjoy.

Includes a full kitchen and everything you need for your basic needs on your visit. A/C is no need with the breeze this place gets, but a fan in each bedroom will keep you cool on hot nights! Electricity is Included with your stay. (That's a thing here) No pets allowed, my dogs get jealous.

Relájate en esta escapada única y tranquila. La villa está a 50 metros de la laguna, perfecta para ir en kayak! A 10 minutos de camino al centro, la habitación tiene un baño privado, cocina compartida y un terrazo maravilloso! 5 minutos para Chepes Bay, la playa más linda de Utila!! Yo tengo mí habitación en la planta de arriba, estoy trabajando en la isla y haciendo cursos de buceo así que no paso mucho tiempo en la casa, pero sería un placer darte información sobre la isla!!!

Gio’s Place

Quiet, breezy first-floor apartment with a beautiful yard. Well-equipped kitchen, hot-water bathroom, cozy living room, comfortable beds, strong AC, and fast wifi, perfect for remote work and restful nights. Happy to share our favorite dive spots, snorkel sites, and nightlife tips so you get the real Utila. The rooms have AC but there’s an extra fee if you want to use them and depends on how much you use it. Please read all the house rules.
