This is the perfect place for easy going travelers, it's well located very close to the main part of the town (around 15 minutes walk and 3 minutes tuk tuk). We walked a few times just to enjoy the view. This means is also quiet. You'll have the sea right in front of the house as a front yard, with one of the best diving / snorkeling spots in the island. Tony and Jo will pick you up from the ferry as an additional touch, I felt so important when I saw my name on the air. House is amazingly clean, even smells like you're in the US. The hosts prepared a pamphlet with all the useful information and a cellphone with all the important numbers, we used the tuk tuks they recommended at all times, they give you a better fare! Tony and Jo gave us the best recommendation for restaurants, I didn't even think there was such a delicious place like Mango Tango - PLEASE DO GO! Thank you for everything, guys, we felt like home at all times!

What a beautiful place to stay! The cove is gorgeous, accessible and can be viewed from the porch. Snorkeling on the reef right there. You can hear the waves perfectly when they’re rolling. Apartment is full of natural light, other than in the dark, cool, peaceful bedroom. House is finished to North American standards, with great hot water and pressure, granite countertops, good lighting, etc. We lived just as at home for a month. Neighborhood is very quiet, and perfect bicycle-distance from town. Best aspect was Erin, who was a great host and all-around special person. She was very helpful in many ways, and really provided a great first experience on Utila.

Great location, great host, great experience over all, will be coming back.

Liane and Dan gave us the best experience we have ever had on Airbnb or any rental platform! When we arrived, they met us at the ferry terminal on their private boat to take us to their beautiful Spanish style hacienda, directly on a private beach that is more beautiful than even imagined! The "house reef" is wonderful just off the dock. From the moment we arrived, Liane had everything covered, from arranging tours, introducing us to the community, and even leaving bubble wrap at our door for our fragile souvenirs before we left. We also adored Dan's father nextdoor who is a master at wood carving. It was a pleasure to meet him and the two sweet rescue dogs that Liane and Dan have given a beautiful life! We look forward to returning very soon, as everything was perfect and we made friends for life! We will never forget this unique experience!!!

The casita is simple but has everything you need. It is very close to the ferry terminal and easy to get to, the central location made it great for reaching restaurants, bars and dive shops. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook well. The view of the bay from the porch was nice. There is some commotion from the ferry port but only at certain times of day. Utila is rustic so set your expectations accordingly. Andrea was very communicative and responded quickly to every need. Thank you for a lovely and peaceful stay!

A perfect place to stay whilst visiting Utila, especially for diving as it’s right across the street from UDC and other dive centres! The communication was easy and Cliff was fantastic at solving any issues we had quickly when needed. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a place close to everything they need

Great AirBnb in a perfect location. Short walk to restaurants, bars, dive shops, and the beach, yet quite and a great place to chill! The included tuk tuk pickup at the ferry was an added bonus!! The wrap around deck on the bay is beautiful, equipped with hammocks and seating areas and it was my parent’s favorite place to relax. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Rodney and Luna were great hosts, very helpful and responsive to any questions. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! Waking up to the ocean sounds is just something else. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Everything matched the description. HUGE thanks to Tony & Jo who were exceptional hosts. Super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

My daughter and I had a delightful stay, extremely peaceful and unplugged. If you’re looking for a natural, undisturbed Caribbean location right on the beach, this is for you. If you’re looking for big condos, huge all inclusives-this is not for you. You will have anything you want immediately, you’ll have basically your own concierge team taking care of you within minutes of asking. Trish is spot on along with Capt. Ron and Melvin who cooked us a fabulous meal and took us fishing. The beds are so comfortable and I fell asleep in minutes (and I usually don’t sleep well). Very well appointed bedrooms. From pick up to accompanying us to a last minute charter flight and not worry about all the logistics, their team was seamless! Definitely provision your food. We ran out of wine but had to go to town anyway, so you can get more there. Neptunes is a great place. Bring a combination of Sawyer Maxi Deet and Picaridin, bring light long pants and tops if you’ll make a fire at night. 10 stars!!

We really loved this place. The hosts were incredible! From the moment we got off the plane until the final moments these hosts went above and beyond to be helpful and responsive. The home is beautiful spacious and well equipped . A pool person came over to care for our pool needs, not only did he clean the pool but we think he cleaned our golf carts off after they got dirty while exploring the island. What a pleasant surprise. All around great stay with no complaints.

A lovely retreat located just out of the town, but walkable. Beautiful seafront location and responsive host. Trees need trimming to reveal the sea view, and if you fill the place, you might need more crockery etc. From our experience of Tamara, this would be quickly sorted though.

A wonderful setting for a memorable vacation, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Caribbean! A great spot to be as active or as relaxed as you like. Trish is a wonderful host and is very accommodating along with her amazing crew.

Fabulous beachfront bungalow with great amenities! Was such a great place for a relaxing trip and close to the restaurants and dive shops. Tamara was amazing and would visit again and recommend to any friend!

From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay tony and Jo were amazingly helpful. Any small issues we brought to their attention was promptly addressed. From a burnt out light bulb to any questions regarding the pool. They were responsive and super friendly!

Hibiscus is a beautiful property. It is located on a beautiful and quiet stretch of sandy beach and breathtaking views of the caribbean sea. The bay along coast has great snorkeling just steps off the beach. There is plenty off sandy beach to roam barefooted and enjoying the views of ocean and wildlife. The back porch offers a perfect location for enjoying a cup of coffee will watching the sunrise over the the water and enjoy the crashing waves roll onto the beach. The house is well decorated and apportioned for a comfortable stay. Tony and Jo will even have the house provisioned for you before you arrive after filling out a list. Tony and Jo are the best hosts I have dealt with for vacation rentals. They are always available to reply to questions and requests. They would have beer and water delivered when requested. Bonus! Tony and Jo are very friendly and knowledgeable and wonderful human beings. I would pick a house just to have them as hosts!
