We had a great stay here, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Kids loved fishing off the dock - although the boat ramp was unavailable, we were able to use the ramp at the marina down the block ($30 each drop). Hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had a question. Wed definitely stay here again next time in Marathon.

My family had a wonderful time at the Islander (part of the Oceans Cay Villas)! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were well stocked. We enjoyed the 4 bikes, ping pong table, yard games (jumbo connect 4, cornhole, throwing star target game) and endless pool toys. The host provided 5 beach chairs, umbrellas and 2 portable coolers. In addition to the outdoor grill, there are 2 freestanding freezers (one for fish/bait and one for extra food/drinks). We spent a lot of time in the pool and jacuzzi. Easy to adjust the water temp. The kayaks and paddle boards are shared with 2 neighboring units. Use/availability was not an issue. Perhaps our favorite thing about the house is the view of the water. The patio and 2 decks provide a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. We watched the sunset with awe every night. Finally, Marathon is the perfect location... lots of activities to keep you busy or you can just relax.

To say this house was awesome is an understatement. We went with our adult children and grandson. There were so many fun activities for all of us, not to mention a large dock for our boat with a beautiful view. We even had a visit from two adorable manatees! Will definitely stay there again! Alfonso is a very responsive host who provided clear details, local recommendations (multiple of which we used), and provided a place in a great location. Neighbors are friendly. Place was clean. Perfect for our family with a 14 and 6 year old.

What a lovely home! From the moment we walked in we knew our stay would be fabulous. Everything was so pristine, it felt as if we were the first to stay. Our host, Monica, was very responsive. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years and I would say she was among the very best host I’ve ever encountered. Each bedroom was decorated so beautifully and every amenity in the kitchen upstairs and outdoors was perfect. We utilized the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the downstairs amenities all week long. As a matter fact, many days we decided to stay at the home because, what an oasis it is! I can’t count the numerous restaurants locally that we ate at there are so many good ones. All you need to do is Google or yelp and they are a stone ms throw away! I loved all of the many seating areas outdoors! Both the indoor and outdoor areas were pristine. All the beauty you see in the pictures is present in person. We plan to come back!

Great place to stay in Marathon. Super clean and nice RV with plenty of space! Had clean linens, coffee maker, and ample dish ware if you wanted to cook in. The location was steps from the canal where multiple kayaks were available for use! There was a great sunset spot at this RV park as well. Super short drive to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place to stay!

This home was exactly as described. It's close enough to all sorts of attractions and restaurants, but also feels like a private oasis. The back yard was AMAZING with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and games there was always something to do. I especially loved the pool, even at night! The house was spotless and when I walked in I noticed it smelled amazing in there. The king size bed was comfy, and I love that this house has a washer and dryer so I was able to wash our bathing suits etc. It's very convenient! JC was responsive and also gave us some great recommendations on restaurants to try. I would love to be able to stay here again soon. Between the location, cleanliness, comfort level, and amenities this place has to offer, it is by far one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed in hands down. Thanks again for a wonderful stay JC!

This was the most perfect Airbnb for our vacation. First of all, Marathon is the perfect location if you are looking to explore multiple parts of the Keys. 1 hour to Key Largo, 1 hour to Key West. We could not have asked for a better location. The home looks just like the photos and was perfect for our family of 4 + our pup. The beds were comfortable, the living space had plenty of room for our crew, but the real show stopper was the pool. If we weren't out and about exploring the Keys, we were definitely in/by the pool! A few added bonuses: (1) K-cups for our use for that first morning. This kept us from having to worry about an emergency grocery store trip the evening of our arrival (2) pool floats available for our use (3) bikes & kayaks for everyone (4) EVERYTHING. We couldn't have asked for better - we will definitely be back!

This spot was great! The home is spacious, incredibly comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s located at the very end of an inlet, offering a waterfront setting but I wouldn't call it picturesque. While we didn’t have a boat, it looked like getting one in and out would be easy for an experienced boater. The house was spotless—you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with soft sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything related to rest and relaxation was truly top-notch. The home is well-stocked with basic necessities for living, though if you have specific cooking preferences or comfort items, you should make a quick trip to the store. The neighborhood is very quiet, with the exception of some occasional noise from the nearby airport—but that’s just part of being in Marathon. Parking was easy, the pool was great, and everything matched the description perfectly. We highly recommend
