Ideal for someone traveling around Tuscany with his/her own car, this house is provided with restored kitchen and bedroomsfurnished with traditional pieces; surrounded by our family wineyard and olive tree orchard, we want to deliver our idea of hosting and hospitality through attention to details, by making you feel at home.

Think of a romantic place for a couple, with a bedroom and a living room which opens onto a breathtaking terrace in the countryside, with a bathroom and a tiny kitchen. Also think that in 20 minutes drive you are into Florence downtown. Well, this is the place! To get all this you have to climb three flights of stairs with no lift. But you'll see it surely worth the effort.

Casetta Melograno - Cozy farmhouse in Chianti

This house is part of an old building recently refurbished and in the past was a convent which used to be a part of the castle estate located in front of us. The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. it's recomended to have a car to reach the accomodation and to move.

Appartamento finemente ristrutturato ubicato al primo piano di una palazzina dei primi del ‘900 in tranquilla strada di uno dei più antichi ed eleganti quartieri di Firenze. Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in 20/25 minuti, oppure in Bus con fermata a poca distanza da casa. Camminando lungo il suggestivo lungarno, Porta San Niccolò, il Ponte Vecchio, la Galleria degli Uffizi e la Basilica di Santa Croce sono comodamente raggiungibili, così come le altre meraviglie di Firenze.

Ponte Vecchio Deluxe Apartment is a gorgeous and light-filled three-bedrooms, three-bathrooms apartment in the heart of Florence. It is located on the 5th floor of a residential building with elevator. The living spaces with their splashes of colour are a particular highlight, while a small balcony serves as an ideal spot to wind down after a day exploring nearby landmarks such as The Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, and the vast Boboli Gardens, all just a one-minute walk far.

Oratory built in the 1500s, The Chapel is now a luxury home: a monumental living room with plaster works and painted vault (due to a restoration in 1776), dining-kitchen room, 2 bedrooms (1 with King size bed and 1 with two single beds), 3 complete bathrooms, laundry, private garden and parking. Air conditioning and WIFI everywhere, large screen TV, all that serves best for table and kitchen. Since it is far about 1 mile from the nearest village, a car is essential.

The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
