Cute place and well-appointed, with a surprising amount of storage for a relatively small apartment. Very walkable neighborhood with lots to do very close by. Both Mabillon and Saint Germain metro stations just a hop and a skip away. Comfy bed linens. Selma was friendly and quickly responsive to our messages.

Lugar tranquilo, limpio y con buena comunicación al metro (10 minutos). Viajes en Uber desde el centro de París hasta el piso por menos de 15€. Súper seguro. Totalmente recomendable. Felicitaciones.

The flat was lovely and clean upon arrival, making us feel welcome straight away. The location of the air bnb is great - located in a nice and quiet area while not being too far away from central Paris (train station right around the corner). We were given recommendations of places to go / to eat at which helped us get our bearings when we first arrived. Overall a lovely place to stay and Julie’s responses were helpful and prompt. 😁

This is a jewel of an apartment. Exactly like the photos. It's small but thoughtfully put together so it isn't an issue. My 4 year-old loved sleeping in the mezzanine. Benjamin was a great host. Very responsive to messages and texts as we got muddled with the very high tech taps. But all good once we worked it out! Lots of great suggestions, right on a square with a garden and playground and great local spots to eat. Thanks!

The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

David and Linda were great hosts who communicated proactively and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The little house is tucked away in a quiet spot and felt very cozy. The place is very accessible and a quick train ride from the center of Paris, which made getting around very easy. Pharmacy, Bakery, Minimarket were all within a quick walk. There was a park only 5 minutes walk away which was great for our kids. It was great having this much space which is rare so close to Paris. We had a very comfortable stay there and would choose this listing again given the chance!

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

Maison très pratique. Bel espace extérieur. Le fait d'avoir autant de chambre est pratique, chacun la sienne. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis.

Great place to stay outside of Paris. very close to transportation. House is perfect size for a large family. We had plenty of room. The host is amazing. She was super helpful with everything. She even loaned us an outlet adapter while we were there. Would recommend anyone staying outside the city to come here. Her help made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. Excellent stay overall!!!

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

Viaggio in famiglia, con 2 bimbi, spazio accogliente per gli standard di Parigi in contesto con parco giochi condominiale. Vicino a più fermate di metro, quindi molto ben collegato. Host estremamente gentile e affidabile. Consigliatissimo

Bon séjour à côté de Paris métro très proches , voisins sympathiques. Hôte très réactif. Je recommande ;) Certains commentaire disaient que nous entendions le métro. Pas du tout, nous entendions parfois un petit tremblement très léger et non dérangeant. Ce n’est pas le métro mais les ordures passant sous Paris cela est donc très rare ;) C’est très calme ! Avec un bébé de 1 an nous n’avons pas eu de soucis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Sanaa. Le logement est moderne, très propre et bien entretenu, situé dans un quartier agréable et calme à Créteil, avec un accès facile à Paris. Sanaa a été une hôte très accueillante, disponible et flexible, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée et notre départ très simples. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir ! Nice quiet and peaceful apartment, well maintained, responsive and supportive host. recommended.

The accommodation was nice in a quiet and safe neighborhood, there are many playgrounds nearby. The view from the terrace/balcony is into the courtyard. The host, Jihane, was very friendly and communicative and adapted to our arrival and departure times, which helped us a lot. There are toys available in the apartment which was great for us. Overall, we had an enjoyable holiday there.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.
