Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. This Turn-of-the-Century charmer has two bedrooms, one bathroom, large eat-in kitchen, large yard, and off-road parking. Train-lovers Paradise! Nearby railroad tracks with about 10 trains per day. Surrounded by wheat fields, with a view of Indianhead. Pets are welcome as long as they are completely house trained.

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
