Apartamentul este ușor de accesat de pe centura municipiului Iași, pentru a evita traficul aglomerat din oraș. Este situat la aproximativ 15 minute față de Palas/Centrul Orașului, cu mașina personală sau transportul public (stația se alfă la 2 minute de mers pe jos). Apartamentul se află într-un complex rezidențial nou, având în proximitatea sa un magazin alimentar Profi (100 de metri), un magazin Kaufland (250 m), Lidl (600m) si centrul comercial Family Market (500 de metri).
