The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. A 350 year old corner town house situated in the best area of Senglea , which is right in front of the "Gardjola Gardens" . This property offers magnificent views both from inside and from outside. All the photos of views are taken from the property in different events. Free street parking is available in front of the property.

Facing the Grand Harbour with full sea views from the living room as well as the upstairs bedroom (this is a duplex with two floors, bedroom on top, living room and small kitchenette downstairs), situated exactly between the Lower Barakka and the Upper Barakka Gardens, with the beautiful site of cruise liners and luxury yachts coming in and out right in front of you in the Grand Harbour.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.
