This cottage is located in Evlinge in Värmdö municipality and is close to the water with swimming area (approx. 2500 meter). A lot of nature is close at hand with great hiking opportunities. Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Sjöstuga med underbart läge vid havet, nära natur och promenadvägar.Sol hela dagen. Rök och djurfritt. Två sovrum med dörr mellan. Lämplig för 3 vuxna, alt 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Bastu med havsutsikt inne i stugan. Dusch och vattentoalett. Litet kök med kylskåp, diskbänk, induktionshäll med två plattor samt ugn, micro och frys. Stor altan med soffgrupp och matplats. Solstolar samt tillgång till brygga och bad. WIFI. Möjlighet att komma med egen båt. 10 % rabatt vid en veckas uthyrning.råden.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

Relax or let us guide you to different experiences and adventures such as boat tours, kayaking, tenting, fishing, biking, hiking etc

Busshållsplats 200 m med direktbuss till Stockholm, Slussen. Nära till naturreservat (Björnö ca 10 min m bil eller buss) där man kan hyra kajaker, vandra, bada.
