An absolute pleasure to stay at and we’re already thinking about when we will be coming back! Yvonne was great, very helpful, gave us helpful recommendations, and was a quick and easy check in/out process. We originally were going to stay at a place no more than 5 minutes away but they sent us a more than 5 page contract telling us things we could not do which did not leave us feeling like we would’ve been on vacation and boy am I glad we didn’t pick them. I will be recommending Yvonne’s place to anyone that tells me they are going to Puerto Rico. Pro tip for anyone renting a car: get the easy pass to make traveling on 22 much quicker. Thank you again Yvonne for a truthfully amazing and relaxing vacation.

Beautiful home overlooking the Atlantic ocean! Accommodations for our family worked well with separate bedrooms and three and one half baths! Very private and peaceful patio area. Nearby beach is not suitable for swimming, but there are other swimming beaches a short drive away. There were a number of good restaurants in the area! The host was very responsive when we had a little maintenance issue with a lock. We all had a great time!

Kachi-Bana was indeed a Caribbean luxury. From the moment we entered the property, you immediately felt the zen-like vibe. As a big fan of plants, we were definitely in plant heaven. Cynthia is an amazing host who made us feel at home upon our arrival with some gifts. Due to our flight arriving at 2am, she was more than accommodating for us. Cynthia also provided us with great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The views of this property are amazing. We loved the outdoor layout of the property. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee outdoors with the chickens/roosters roaming the property. We would definitely book again!

Es la segunda vez que me alojo con mi familia, a pesar de que hubo un apagón por toda la isla, los apartamentos cuenta con su planta. El dueño muy amable y dispuesto a lo que necesitáramos. Excelente comunicación.

Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions for check-in. The space was beautifully clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from fresh linens to a fully stocked kitchen. Stayed for 8 days, May 25, 2025-June 3, 2025. Fam of 5 plus a dog. As far as the host, him and his wife were so helpful and responsive, even stopped by to say hello and brought us pastries and delicious local bread. The view was beautiful and the place was vey peaceful and calm. This is a place to have a quiet vacation. A car is a must, everything is driving distance, supermarket, Walmart, restaurants and gas station. San Jan was 25-45 min away depending on traffic or rain. As far as the condo, we had plenty of towels for 8 days for 5 adults, beach chairs, cooler, all was just as described. In all we loved the place, super responsive host and condo was accurately described. Thank you Andres and wife, we had a great time!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home. We had a group of 7 stay here and it was perfect. The outdoor space is unreal and we spent most of our time poolside or lounging on all the incredible furniture. I appreciated that for the number of beds and bedrooms, they had adequate lounge furniture for everyone. The kitchen was SO well stocked, there is laundry on-site, more than enough towels, clean and lovely linens. The list goes on and on. The neighborhood itself felt so safe, we never had a single issue or concern. There is also so much nearby, including a great coffee shop in walking distance! Truly 10/10 in every way, don’t hesitate to book this property!

The apartment is beautiful very well decorated the beds are very comfortable. Besides the fact that there’s only AC in each bedrooms all the way in the back of the apartment. It is very hard to cool off living room, kitchen, dining room area or even upstairs but other than that, really no complaints. Sheyla was very helpful with getting us through the gate and also with the power outage of the island.

Perfectly simple accomodations in a peaceful neighborhood close to beautiful beaches. I stayed in Mireya's casita for two wonderful and peaceful months. I enjoyed the open air kitchen and living area and the simplicity of the accomodations. The neighborhood felt safe and was very peaceful. Though there are not a lot of businesses within walking distance, there are 3 beautiful beaches and a public park that are all within a 30 minute walk. (The beach I enjoyed swimming at the most was only 10 minutes away by foot and was never crowded during weekdays) Mireya answered all my questions immediately and was proactive about letting me know when they would be doing any maintenance items such as lawn care. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What an amazing stay, the entire family loved it. Alex was so helpful and responded to each question very fast. The place was very clean and the beach was a hidden secret that was completely perfect. We usually never go back to a location or unit twice but we all agree we want to come back here. Thanks to Alma and the entire crew at Paradise Villas.

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the villa is amazing, walkable to a very private and beautiful beach and close distance to lots of sights. The interior is filled with unique antique furniture (which I, as a designer, appreciated a lot). The house is calm and tranquil. Several great food spots nearby. Hosts were very responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations. Kitchen appliances are somewhat old and outdated, but that was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend and would likely return

We rented 2 apts for a total of 13 people and we loved it. Both apartments were clean and homey. It was within walking distance to the beach and the restaurant downstairs was amazing. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!!!!

To Live Like a Local… that is what this rental home is. We have the pleasure to visit PR before but this time wanted a local feel. The home is 30 minutes away from main airport. Which showed us a different feel for this trip and this was our best trip yet to PR. We had little issues but the host Dennis took care of it. He responded so fast! The home is close to many beautiful beaches. It also has this park/ hike close by and OMG it was so breathtaking! On top of a mountain but I could feel the water splashing lightly on me. The restaurant downstairs is very accommodating. Everyone on the island is so welcoming. The bedrooms in the home have a.c and it was cool in the main living areas. Since this home is more for a local feel, don’t be surprised to see the local animals. All so friendly and also don’t bother if you don’t want them near. Cranes fly by in the morning and stores are nearby. Beds are comfortable, dark curtains and my daughters are going to miss the orange cat. 💛
