The place was neat and clean, offering great value for money. It had a decent amount of space, and the host was very responsive and proactive throughout our stay. There was enough parking space for two cars, and the neighborhood was good and peaceful. Highly recommended!

It was a very wonderful stay . We planned a small reunion with my school friends, although everyone was out of the country we were in a he excitement to catchup but it went a bit too loud for the neighbours at late night😂. We really enjoyed a lot . Everything is kept clean and neat. Very nice hosting by Mr ninan and his family.Highly recommended if u have less than 10 people gathering or a family staycation.

This is such a gem of a house. Located within the heart of the city and yet just away enough that you will never be bothered by traffic and pollution, this house offers the best of both worlds in many regards. The house is sprawling with 2 floors and huge bedrooms. In addition to all the amenities mentioned, the host makes the extra effort for the guest - cookies and sweets for the guest, detailed instructions and numbers of nearby hospitals and stations in case of an emergency, clean linen and towels, coffee and milk powder - the attention taken to make sure the guest has a comfortable stay is laudable. The fact that we could park 4 cars inside this space in the heart of Ernakulam is simply amazing and the best way to explain how much space. Will definitely be back here again.

wonderful holiday stay at Vaikom, this property offers both comfort and warmth. Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. The house help, Mr. Surendran and his wife, Ms. Rethi Chechi, went above and beyond, treating us like family and preparing delicious meals, tailored for our kids’s liking. The property itself is lovely, featuring three well-maintained bedrooms with attached bathrooms that were spotless from the moment we arrived. Binu also shared helpful contact details for renting a car, making commuting around easy at affordable costs. The breakfast, priced at 150 per person, included idli, dosa, vada, and boiled banana with chutney and sambar. For lunch and dinner, the non-veg option (fish/chicken) was 250 per person was worth for the price point, quality and quantity served while the vegetarian meal was 225. Would definitely visit the next time!

The place was absolutely delightful, kudos to caretaker (Sujith and his partner) who keeps the place in its pristine condition. Rooms are spacious and can take you back in time. My pet is extremely choosy about his sleep and people he meets, people there took care of him like their own and made his feel at home. Thanks to Roopa and team for preserving this place in its most beautiful condition. I would go back again! Note : If you’re a heavy breakfast seeker, plan for it with them in advance. The food was delicious but the only in limited quantity. Enjoy!☺️

Fantastic Property with Beautiful Views and Excellent Service! We had an amazing stay at this property! The outdoor spaces are massive, offering stunning backwater views, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the availability of mountain bikes to explore the local area. The property is incredibly well-maintained, and cleanliness is a solid 10/10. A special mention to Sachu chettan, the caretaker, who was always available to assist us with anything we needed. He also makes the best chai, and we loved his warm hospitality. We were a family of five, including my parents, and we had a wonderful time. For food, Swiggy deliveries were a convenient option, and we also enjoyed the local homely meals available on-site. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway!

Stay was great. Great location, right by Vembanad lake with views of Pathiramanal island right across you. Lot of good small eateries nearby (20min drive) which had the best fish preparations. Aneesh (the manager) was really helpful and coordinated the food and activities. Tried dosa as breakfast on one day and it was great. It would have been great if living room also had AC.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.

Basil teacher, as she's known around, is one of the most meticulous hosts we've come across. The place is surrounded by lush sylvan and the Meenachil river. It's quiet and wonderful. The quarters we stayed in has such an amusing history to it. It's got beautiful furniture that are at least 70 years old. The home where Teacher resides is over 170 years old and is a stellar construction. Basil teacher is a generous and thoughtful host. We had informed her that one of us has an ankle injury, and coincidentally or not, we found an ice pack in the refrigerator. The kichenette has everything you need. Despite it, she'll happily offer coffee in the morning. The breakfast is heavenly. Special thanks to Shyamala chechi as well, who is the helper. Teacher will also tell you a bit of local history which is very interesting. In all, it was a wonderful and peaceful stay for us.

Fabulous experience! The hospitality was great, and the host, Sri Pradeep, was polite and responsible. The homes,(there are 4 homes by the way) which are well-equipped, are perfect for a group of families and are conveniently located near the Ambalapuzha Sri Krishna Temple. This is a wonderful idea from Sri Pradeep, and I appreciate his vision.

The Ark was everything we hoped for—and more. Think spa-level bedding, Pinterest-worthy interiors, spotless bathrooms, and a kitchen so clean it made us want to cook (almost). But what truly sets this place apart? Navya and Denny—the ultimate hosts. Warm, responsive, and somehow magically always one step ahead of our needs. They even left snacks and a toy for our fur baby Meeso—who now thinks The Ark is his vacation home. We stayed here with our parents too, and let’s just say—when the entire family unanimously approves, you know it’s special. Lots of laughter, food, and memories packed into one perfect stay. Can’t wait to come back—Meeso is already packing his bowl.

I stayed at a well-kept property surrounded by dense greenery and tidy landscaping. The meals featured authentic Kerala dishes like appam, stew, puttu, idiyyapam .A barbecue setup was also available on-site, which made evening dinners more enjoyable and hassle-free. The host, was warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a polite and responsive attitude throughout the stay. This location is ideal for remote workers seeking a quiet space with reliable Wi-Fi or for families wanting a peaceful retreat amid nature.

This was the second time staying at Sujos place and it feels like home. If we needed something we had the host Jijo to drive us and take us anywhere we needed to go right on time and without hesitation. I can say that we became family I would recommend staying here. While our stay was great there was a little storm but Thankfully the house has solar panels and we had power and continued with our day like it was nothing. Again thank you for making our stay feel like home.

it was a nice stay. clean and big house. all delivery options works perfectly. stairs to the first floor was little congested, but the apartment was great and having all necessary aminities. Kitchen basics were taken care of well.

The boat was what we had been looking for: a large open living room in the front (not enclosed by windows). The crew was very friendly and could not have been more accommodating and helpful and the food was fantastic and plentiful and varied. We were asked before we set off if we wanted beer and someone set off to get them after we said yes. We stayed two nights, which made for a more relaxed trip - being able to wake up on the boat in the morning and knowing you had a full day ahead of you to just take it easy. The interior of the boat could use some sprucing up. But overall a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the Ambassador's residence. The place exceeded our expectations in every way. The views from the house and Chef Ashraf's meals were a real highlight. Would definitely book again.
