Welcome to paradise where relaxation and Serenity are un-deferred. This Studio Apartment attached my my house is just a 15 minute walk to the world famous Grace Bay Beach and Grace Bay central. The area offers a large selection of restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, bars, a casino, spas, world class snorkeling and the beautiful Grace Bay beach. All within walking distance of the Studio Apartment. The unit is designed for the consumer that wants to enjoy the TCI at a rate that is affordable.

Cozy Studio in TCI

My cozy studio is located in La Vista Azul Resort in Turtle Cove, Providenciales. It is perfect for a solo traveler and a tight squeeze for a couple. This is my home away from home, so please take good care of it :) Living in the Caribbean is great, but it does come with some downsides i.e. bugs/insects and expensive utilities. PLEASE keep the DOOR CLOSED at all times to keep the bugs and insects out of the unit, and PLEASE turn off the lights, TV, and AC when leaving the unit. Enjoy!

There is also a Kayak available for guests use down on the waterfront. This is the only rental unit on property, you will be the only guests.

Situated in the Discovery Bay Canal "Poco Villa" is a separated complete studio with a view of the canal and access to a freshwater pool and sun decK with bar and barbeque. The accommodation is a one a/c unit with a full kitchen living room and tv. Its a peacefull place surrounded by water. There are two units for rent on this property the other "Coco Villa" both being double occupancy. We do suggest our guests have a vehicle rental to explore the island.
