Casstevens Homestead Farm House (Entire House)

Casstevens Homestead House located on 145 acres near Mansfield. great for long walks in the country, or a place to get away. This is a working farm with livestock. House is approximately 150 years old, dating back 5 generations. There are large back pastures for walking out in the country. Pets are welcome, but we do have Great Pyrenees on the farm to protect our chickens. They are very friendly but the will probably greet you at the door. We can stable your horses for riding on request.

The two living rooms have one Smart 65-inch TV each community pool

The Shack

The SHACK is an eclectic space that evolved from our love of building with repurposed materials. Includes old cedar fence pickets, floor tile is made from an old tree. As The SHACK took shape we decided that the theme is sort of anything redneck construction including duck tape, even has a chain link clothes line. With all the amenities of course!! We hand built the custom waterfall sink faucet. Bed is held up w/log chains, tile shower that resembles a quilt w/ exposed copper plumbing.

1890's Bunkhouse Getaway

Make some memories at this family-friendly place. Built in the late 1890's, this bunkhouse was a place to rest for working cowboys. Today, you can enjoy the updated home by watching horses peacefully graze, enjoy a cookout, play a board game, or read. Located two miles from downtown Alvarado and has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study space, and internet connection. There is a fenced area of the backyard for dogs to run around. Riding lessons are available dependent on schedule.

Welcome to La Casita, a stylish, detached guest room. It is very cozy and peaceful, located in a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees and is just minutes away from Joe Pool Lake, and only 30 minutes from Downtown Dallas. The guest room includes all the basic necessities, has access to an outdoor lounge area with a pool and a outdoor cabana area with a gas grill, fireplace, and tv. Enter the guest room with a dedicated smart code. Access to the main house is not included or available.
