This bright and spacious basement suite is in central in Vernon close to all amenities, and only 20 minutes to Silverstar! There are Quartz countertops in the kitchen and the cupboards are loaded with supplies. The living room has a sectional, tv, books, puzzles, and games. In the master there is a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. There's also a second bedroom & another bathroom.. Additionally, there is in-suite laundry, driveway parking, and a shed for storing outdoor gear.

Close to downhill & cross country skiing, sledding/snowmobile trails, snowshoeing, hiking, boating, wine & brewery tours, farmers markets & more!

The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.

A perfect country getaway. We're situated in the North BX which is a quiet, country setting with equal distances to Kalamalka Lake/Okanagan Rail Trail and Silver Star Mountain/Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre. We're outdoorsy folk and will often be found outside skiing/hiking/cycling or in our garden puttering around with our sweet flock of chickens, pet turkeys, and poodle, Freya. Local grocery store (Butcher Boys) is a 5 min drive away. Cambium Cidery 10 min walk away.
