This spacious basement suite is close to all amenities and only 20 minutes to Silverstar! There are beautiful Quartz countertops throughout and the kitchen comes very well stocked. The living room has a sectional couch, smart tv, and a 4-piece dining set. In the master there's a king bed, ensuite bath, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has bunk beds and there is another bathroom as well. Additionally there is in-suite laundry, driveway parking, a BBQ, and shed for storing outdoor gear.

Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.

We are located on Oyamas Isthmus between Wood Lake to the south and beautiful Kalamalka Lake to the north. The rail trail is minutes away and is great for walking or cycling and goes right around Wood Lake (Turtle Bay pub is a great stop on this route) as well as along the shore of Kalamalka Lake right into Vernon. There are great hikes, skiing (Big White and Silverstar), mountain biking, golf and vineyards all around and there are buses to Vernon or Kelowna a short walk away

Our kitchen offers several extra small appliances: Crock Pot, load it up before you head out and enjoy a piping hot meal or fire up the BBQ on your return from a full day of activities. Relax & unwind with a hot tub or game of billiards in the private lounge areas indoor or outdoor. SilverStar & Sovereign Lake are nearby for skiing, snowboarding & snowshoeing. We offer laundry access as well on request.

BX/Silver Star Quiet Country Retreat

A perfect country getaway. We're situated in the North BX which is a quiet, country setting with equal distances to Kalamalka Lake/Okanagan Rail Trail and Silver Star Mountain/Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre. We're outdoorsy folk and will often be found outside skiing/hiking/cycling or in our garden puttering around with our sweet flock of chickens, pet turkeys, and poodle, Freya. Local grocery store (Butcher Boys) is a 5 min drive away. Cambium Cidery 10 min walk away.
