We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
