A small and cozy cabin in the quiet of the countryside, just under a mountain with a beautiful glacier as it's neighbor. With two bedrooms, one double bed and two single beds, dining and sitting area, with t.v and free wifi, well equipt kitchen. Large patio with outdoor furniture and bbq. Ideal for a quiet holiday in the countryside with beautiful hiking grounds, a geothermal hot tubs a short walk away and nature all around, and spectacular view of the northen lights during winter.

Neðribær is in a 2 apartment house with private entrance. Many activities in the area such as snowmobiling, glacier jeeps and glacier walk adventure on Europe´s largest glacier, kayaking, puffins tours, boat tours, ice cave tours (winter) and horseback riding. This beautiful homey house is a sanctuary while you enjoy the wonders of Hornafjörður. We call it Fagranes or Beauty point and the garden is a true beauty. We encourage our guests to explore the garden, smell the flowers and and find the berries when in season. The garden is beautiful during every season. Our house is perfect for families.

Peaceful cottage blue in the countryside.

Beautiful, warm and cozy cottage with beds for up to 4 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The next grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.

My beloved tiny Home

My beloved tiny home is a modern and cosy studio space. It has floor heating, Philips Smart TV and a kitchen. The kitchen has a JURA coffee machine, a refrigerator, full size stove and a dishwasher. The studio is 33m2 and has one bedroom with one double bed (160cm) and one single bed (90cm). The space is 33m2 & has a private: entrance, kitchen bathroom and living room.

Cosy cabin for 2 persons with the possibility to have a child up to 6 years with. Each cabin has a queen sized double bed (160cm), a small kitchen with fridge and stoves, shower and WC. Comfortable for a couple, 2 adults or a small family with a young kid. Enjoy a stunning view in a quiet place, 12 km from Egilsstaðir in the direction to Hallormstaður and Hengifoss.

Aurora Cabins

Húsin er staðsett um 3km frá Höfn, útsýni til fjalla og jökla. Tilvalin gisting fyrir fjölskyldur eða þá sem eru að ferðast saman. Húsin rúma fjóra fullorðna. Eitt barn yngra en 12 ára dvelur án greiðslu þegar notuð eru rúm sem eru til staðar. Frítt wifi er á staðnum.

Gíslastaðir - Cottage

The cottage is located near the owner’s farm with lovely views over the nearby stream to the mountains behind. It is around 12 Km from Egilsstaðir and is well situated for exploring the spectacular nature of East Iceland. The farm offers horse riding.

Modern beautiful apartment built in spring 2017 in a unique natural paradise in the country side. 32 sq meter studio with bathroom with a shower and well equipt kitchen. Stunning view and private terrace.
