We had a wonderful stay at Nick and Summer's place. The views were incredible, and the amenities made for a really fun group trip filled with grilling, chilling, and board games! Highly recommend. We all said how we would love to come back.

Awesome house for a great price. Great area, lots of light, had everything you need to be comfortable and the hot tub was great to have. The house has the appeal of an old cabin but everything feels new and clean and fresh. Devils Knob Overlook is just up the hill, and was great for walking the dog to and just sitting down and enjoying the view. This will be the first house we look for to stay in when we come back.

We were extremely happy with our stay in Massanutten, VA. The property manager gave early, clear instructions on what to do at check-in, rules regarding pets, and what was needed at check-out. When there appeared to be an issue with the clothes washer, a handyperson came to the house and had it fixed before we were back from our hike that day. I can highly recommend this property for kids - there are games galore in the basement, enough beds for a family of 5-6, and a spacious, cozy living room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property was very well maintained inside and out. Above all else, using this property was easy from start to finish, which is all you can ask for in a vacay rental. 5 out of 5 stars!

WOW! This cabin in the clouds was truly a peaceful place. The house and decor are immaculate, and the host truly thought of everything you might need. She was not kidding about the driveway being steep and wind-y but we all made it up with our sedans and enjoyed the mountain air and views for a perfect girls getaway. The house has so much character and such a nice experience.

We had suchhh a great stay! Everything exceeded our expectations and Jeff was even kind enough to let us extend checkout to 2pm which was very helpful for our large group. Furthermore, the place is absolutely beautiful, the balcony is the best part!

Our stay at Sunset Farm was absolutely delightful! Everything matched the pictures/description in the listing, the house was comfortable, and the communication was great--there was actually an issue with the coffeepot but it was resolved before we even got there. And the amenities were the best I've had in an ABNB--toiletries, robes, blankets, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Stunning!!! I love unique places so I was thrilled to find this cloudpoint treehouse. I assumed like many other places that the pictures exaggerated how cool it would actually be. Turns out it was opposite, pictures do not even come close to showing how amazing this home is!! The treehouse is nice and secluded at the end of a gravel road. You truly feel like you are sitting alone in the top of the trees. Kevin and Rosetta made sure every detail in this home felt welcoming. This place quickly became my favorite AirBnb stay!!
