Blockout curtains will ensure that guest will have a good nights rest. The designer kitchen has a fully integrated dishwasher, convection microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and concealed washer/dryer. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space and reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling). The generous, modern bathroom has a frameless shower, large mirrors and marble tiles. This unique city-fringe pad is perfectly located between the CBD, Crown Street and Central Station. This private studio is inside our family home. The studio is 25m2 and has its own private entrance. Step out of your room into the main hallway of our house to enter your private bathroom. A partition separates your bathroom from the rest of our home for complete privacy. You have a kitchenette (no kitchen sink) and Queen bed in opposite corners of the room, leaving the rest of the room as a living area with 2 sofas and a TV. Wifi is superfast at 250mbps
