You'll love the place in quiet surroundings and wild nature, the view, the large outdoor areas with direct access to the river. Two canoes & one boat included, ready for taking you out for fishing or just for an adventure up the river. An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.

There is a row-boat by the private pier, and fishinggear in the annex by the water. Ski in, ski out! You can ski, walk or bicycle all the way througt the forest to Kikut/Oslo if you like! (25 km) See slopenet at Skiforeningen. 30 min drive to OSL airport, 40 min Oslo city. 4 km to Grua st and train to Oslo. Tv2 «Sommerhytta 2023», spilt inn her.

Vi bor i ett av husa og leier i tillegg ut ei hytte og leiligheten i overetasjen på AIRBNB. («Rofshus2» og «Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun») Uteplass med bord, stoler og grill. Flott utsikt over Totak og fjellene. 5 min å kjøre til sentrum med butikker og oppkjørte langrennsløyper. 10 min til skisentre. God WIFI. Flotte turmuligheter sommerstid. Lader for elbil 5 min unna.

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Lillehammer sentrum 15 min. Kvelds- og søndagsåpen matbutikk Mesnali 3 min. Sengetøy og håndklær kan leies og må forhåndsbestilles - pris kr 250/£20/€25 pr sett. Ta gjerne med deres eget. Boende där du sköter dig helt själv och kan njuta av lugnet och den fina utsikten. Bra sjösystem för SUP el båt och utmärkta vandringmöjligheter i skogarna runtom. Fullt utrustad stuga där du kan elda i kaminen inne eller tända en brasa vid grillplatsen som ligger ostört från andra grannar. För största naturupplevelsen kan ni nyttja båten som ingår. Den eldrivna motorn gör att du kan glida fram ljudlöst genom de lummiga kanalerna precis runt hörnet. 10 min från shoppingcenter

Homey and well equipped cottage with sauna

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
